During the semester, informal evaluation will occur weekly as you and your pre-service teacher develop a working relationship. Please consider sharing your formal evaluations (described below) with your Teacher Education Candidate (TEC), as you constructive feedback will help him/her develop into a competent, collaborative, and reflective professional. Field Experience Disposition Forms During the week of November 1, please complete an Interim Field Experience Disposition form found in this folder. These may be returned with the pre-service teacher or may be mailed to the university supervisor, Katie Mason. By December 10, please complete the formal Field Experience Disposition form in the STEPS Assessment System. It is similar to the interim evaluation found in this folder. You will be contacted later in the semester about how to log into the STEPS Assessment System and how to complete the form.
